KollectionK offers the following flat rate shipping options for customers in Singapore:

We offer Free Shipping for orders of S$35 and more.

Shipping fee is S$6 for orders up to S$34.99

Generally it takes 4-8 business days for you to receive your order. 

We offer Free Shipping for orders of S$35 and more.

We're based in Seoul, South Korea. We ship from Seoul.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)

But sometimes it could take 2-3 business days for order processing time.

Delivery typically takes up to 8 business days from ship date. Once your order is ready to be shipped, your order status will be updated and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.

You can then continue to view progress on the tracking information provided.

 Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. This information can also be found in your Kollecitonk account.

If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number, please send us an email at support@kollectionk.com with your order number.

Payments & Discounts

We accept Visa and Master card via PayPal.

You can pay with your PayPal balance.

No. You don't need to pay any taxes.

You don't need to pay more than any prices on website.

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. 

It’s very easy. E-Gift card email will include a gift card code which you can apply at Checkout.

You can use multiple E-Gift Card codes in one transaction and E-Gift Card Codes can be combined with a discount code.

Orders & Products

"Unfulfilled" indicates that payment is completed and your order is being prepared for shipment.

The processing period varies depending on the order size, complexity and inventory level.

It takes time for us to process your order before we're able to begin shipment.

That's great, we hope your friends and family enjoy the gift of good skin! Not to worry, no prices are ever shown in any packages we send out. 

K-Beauty products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date and have a shelf-life of two to three years from this date, depending on each individual product and brand.

So don't be alarmed if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to your actual purchase date -- we value our customers and will never sell expired products just to make a sale!

Cancellations, Missing or Damaged items & Returns

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So almost orders are processed in 1 business day for shipping as soon as your orders are paid.

This means there is only a little time that we can change or cancel your order before it is physically picked, packed and ready to be shipped.

Please email us at support@kollectionk.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" or “Change order”, your order number and what to change. We’ll let you know what we can do!

Please do not discard the item and its original packaging as we might need it to be returned.

We're so sorry to this. Sometimes, the products in your order may be split into two (or more) fulfillments. Please kindly check your inbox for any additional tracking information -- please note that the subject will be identical and may be condensed into one email thread.

If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us ASAP.
